Site Services:
Tolley Fabrications not only supply and fabricate, we also provide a range of site services to our clients, including installation, demobilisation and mobilisation services in the UK and abroad:

Fabrication:
We fabricate a wide range of structures, using both standard and exotic materials, including (but not limited to):
- Subsea Structures
- Pontoon Systems
- Overboarding Chutes
- Boat Landing Platforms
- TP Aluminium Handrails and Ladders
- Grillages
Indeed we are one of only a few companies in the UK who are qualified to manufacture aluminium handrails and ladders for the transitional piece of a wind turbine.
Welding:
We have experience working with a variety of materials such as Mild Steel which includes S355 S460 S690, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex and Aluminium.
We are familiar with the welding standards ISO 15614-1, ISO 9606-1, AWS D1.1 NORSOK for MAG 135 (solid wire) and MAG 136 (flux wire) and 141 (Tig) welding techniques.
All of our weld procedures for MAG 135, 136, SAW 121 and 141 are in accordance with BS EN, NORSOK, ASME and DNV-All of our weld procedures for MAG 135, 136, SAW 121 and 141 are in accordance with BS EN, NORSOK, ASME, DNV, EMMUA 158, AWS and LLOYDS Rules.
Material Supply:
We will source the materials required for your fabrication and have good relationships with a number of local suppliers so we can be confident of getting the quality of materials you need, when we need them.
Surface Treatment
Fabrications can be supplied in a variety of surface finishes:
- Galvanising (capable of handling components up to 20m in length)
- Powder Coating
- Wet Spray Painting
Working with a number of trusted suppliers to ensure you get the best possible finish.
