Durata Fabrication operate to and are certified to ISO 9001-2015 the international standard for Quality Management Systems. We are also certified to EN 1090-2 for our structural steelwork under the Construction Product Regulations 305.2011. We have been approved to fabricate and manufacture structures and components up to and including EXC3.
Full Traceability:
All fabrications are supplied with:
- Full documentation packages / Material Record Books
- Material certificates, material location plans
- Weld maps / weld history logs
- CE Declaration of Performance up to and including EXC3
- WPQR’s / WPS’s
The right people, the right processes and the right procedures:
Compliance with BS EN 1090 means proving we have the right processes and procedures in place. It also means proving our staff have the right skills and qualifications and that we have the levels of staff required to deliver projects we undertake.
Weld Procedures:
We have qualified weld procedures to standards such as ISO 15614-1, ISO 15614-2, AWS D1.1, NORSOK 101 and NORSOK 102.
All our Weld Procedures are 3rd party approved by Lloyds Register and DNV and we have our own 3.2.1 weld inspector, giving you the confidence and trust that our workmanship is of high engineering quality.
Comprehensive Weld Testing:
We carry out a variety of tests on completed fabrications, this can be dictated by standard or by client:
- Visual Inspections
- MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection)
- DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection)
- Ultrasonic Testing
